|I'm restoring a Spezio TuHoler, I guess it's old enough to be considered a 'Classic'. It's certainly classic construction.
Bought flying, but in need of TLC three years ago in Tucson. Flew it to Montana, and for a couple of seasons until the twenty-five year old bungees gave up (could it have had something to do with my landings?).
So now it's substantially apart, and I'm going thru it for this summer's open cockpit flying season.
Now the question(s): Does anyone have a basic generic wiring diagram I can use? I've got the accessory systems all wired in, but am unsure as to the charging system layout. The plane came with a starter and is switched, but no battery or accessories, although the light runs are in the wings and tail. It has a Piper jack plug in one cheek, and I have installed a GM racing Denso alternator (one wire), 50 amp bus, voltmeter, and battery. I'm just unsure about the final hookup sequence for the charging system.
Thanks all. Pics provided on demand.
Flying is all about the trip, not the destination ... unless it's in Class B airspace, then you GOTTA pay attention!
