Hey Guys,
This is what I came up with after seeing

some pictures of a couple Home-built Full Swivel Tail Wheels

Two things I started with... A Tail Spring and a Tail Wheel

I bought them used for $50 bucks ( What a Bargain )

The metal is .071 Chromemoly

Bought a thrust bearing for about $8 bucks
