I might add...

I sprayed two part Epoxy primer before the two part Color coat...
.
Some say this is too much...

But figure the second pass with color a "Cross Coat"

on a Buttercup... They are connected to the Flaps...

More Flaps equals more leading edge "Extended"

It's shaped by taking off the upper steel wheel on an English Wheel.

And replacing it with a rubber tire.

The Material is 6061 Aluminum / .032 thick

It's not hard , they are cousins and built VERY similar...

He could fly to Florida...From Wittman Field. (O$HCA$H)

with one fuel stop...

Seat covers are another $30 bucks...

They are a little heavy... and wide...
