wx depending, watch for Fred Ward in Meyers 200 from Inverness.
He ties down on ramp in front of my Hangar.
I have many landings in a T-6 at Thomasville.
It was aux base for Spence AB in 1953.

Final check before first flight....
find swale or sloping place on your airport and position your a/c tail low,
run at full power for 2 minutes to make sure the system feeds in climb attitude.

Back in the 50's I had a stock 125 Swift...N80974
Last I heard it was dismantled in a garage in Kansas City.
Sometime earlier it was damaged by an FAA owner near Washigton.

I wouldn't be happy welding nutplates,
They are not 1020 steel, there is some heat treating involved
